Got a notice to isolate.

Filled in form. Double vacxed. Got negative PCR today.
Still need to isolate.

Plot twist. The day I was “exposed” and the days before/after I was at home with sicky child. Futher spoiler- we live super rural and Dh Works from home.

And was it an app notification or from test and trace?

Your double vaccinated and more importantly have had a negative PCR, ignore it and carry on with life

If you got a negative pcr then why do you need to isolate? I don’t know anyone that uses the app anymore.

You dont need to isoate if your double jabbed, just do regular LFT and crack on with life

You only needed to isolate until negative pcr.

No, you don't need to isolate. You are exempt as double vaccinated. Check the rules.

Read the rules. If you are double vaxxed, you do not need to isolate on close contact anymore. That’s been the rule since August. You don’t even need a PCR test, it’s advice. But you’ve had one & it’s negative so crack on with life.

Doesn’t it say something like ‘you need to isolate unless you are exempt?’ And if you read on, exemptions include people who are double jabbed.
