My son tested positive on a pcr on weds. I've had three calls today from the T&T number this morning, all of which have been silent when I've answered. No hold music, no 'you are in a queue' etc. It's not my end as I've had other inbound calls today from multiple sources. I'm happy to speak to them and have picked up the call every time but it's quite irritating! (and silent calls are actually an offence!) Anyone else experienced this? Did they answer promptly eventually?
