Had a booster but still had a text and e mail

I had a booster on Monday. Had an e mail and text today inviting me to book.
Should I ring the GP or is this just an overlap?

They're just behind on sending out letters and texts. I would ignore it.

I would ignore, I had my booster a few weeks ago at a centre, ie not at the GP and have had a number of emails and texts from the GP since. I think it is easier for them to send out generic fishing texts than update their systems.
