Day 1 - 5 massive headache
Days 1 - 4 - massive leg ache
Day 1 - shivery (no temp rise though)
Day 1 - 6 - woozy when I stand, fuzzy head in general
Day 1 - started to lose sense of taste and smell
Day 3 - loss of taste and smell
Day 4 - cough started, only really at night though

Absolutely exhausted since day 1, but really bad quality of sleep.

Tressa11 · 10/11/2021 04:01

Day 3 (I think) and so far have had congestion, sinus pain, runny nose, sneezing, headache, exhaustion, sore dry throat, chest pain, aches, occasional stomach pains and a really awful brain fog. No cough or fever, although I'm starting to feel quite hot now and a reduced sense of smell but not total. And as per previous posters, I can't sleep (hence being up at 4am!)

morticiamarkle · 10/11/2021 06:44

Day 1: headache & tickly cough, tired
Day 2: ditto
Day 3: ditto plus nasal congestion
Day 4: as above with addition of back & hip pain
Day 5: back & hip pain gone, tiredness worse though
Days 6-10: cough stopped, tiredness waned, headaches stopped but loss of sense of smell
Day 11+: inability to smell plus phantom smell of burning plastic. Otherwise fine & back out running & exercise as normal with a bit of catarrh & morning nasal congestion

Day 2: Positive PCR no symptoms.
Day 3: Fever and body aches, very tired..
Day 4: Fever and body aches, very tired.
Day 5: Mild fever, body aches, headache, vomiting, very tired.
Day 6: Mild fever, mild body aches, blocked nose.
Day 7: Mild fever, mild body aches, blocked nose.

Since coming out of isolation he's been fine except for very red watery bloodshot eyes.

SchoolForScoundrels · 10/11/2021 12:35

Day 1 snotty headache, negative LFT
Day 2 ditto, positive LFT
Day 3 ditto, positive PCR result (taken on day 2)
Day 4 ditto, plus utter exhaustion, slept most of the day
Day 5 - 7 add vomiting to the above

SalamanderSally · 10/11/2021 15:36

I'm on Day 2 I think...

Tested last night due to feeling ill - positive LFT
Went for PCR today...so far my symptoms have been and still are...

Dreadful headache/painful sinuses
Muscle ache
Joint ache
Bunged up nose
No taste
No smell
Really lethargic
Sneezing uncontrollably
Coughing uncontrollably

Honestly I just want someone to put me down as I feel awful - if my PCR comes back as negative then there's something going on

tiredoftiers · 10/11/2021 15:57

feeling as though coming down with something for 2 days prior to day 1.
Day 1- sore throat, tiredness. Horrible back pain.
Day 2- runny nose, and blocked nose. Tiredness. Lateral flow negative
Day 3- Runny nose, blocked nose. Chest tightness, like asthma. Tiredness. Lateral flow negative
Day 4- As day 4
Day 5- positive lateral flow, positive PCR.Symptoms now easing
Day 6- tiredness now main symptom
Day 7- add in diarrhoea. Reduced sense of smell, not gone but as stuffy nose eased because apparent.
Day 8- completely fed up now
Day 9-same
Day 10- same

Still have 3 further days of isolation to go, because test and protect say that I'm an asymptomatic case I had to isolate from my test date. If I was being really honest I should have given them a call on Monday to say my smell had reduced so that I could have restarted my house arrest.

Backasecondtime · 10/11/2021 16:10

Temperature and cold symptoms but nowhere near as bad as flu that I once had for six weeks

CatAlice · 10/11/2021 16:28

days 1 to 3 headache
Day 4 nausea, dizziness, tired
Day 5 all the above plus cough, general weakness. Headache gone. No taste or smell.
Day 6 All of the above but worse plus short of breath, jelly legs, back pain, vomiting
Day 7 All of the above plus palpiations and high temperature.
Day 10 couldn't walk - hospitalised.
Day 12 cough and high temp gone but still all the above
Day 16 starting to improve, able to breath could walk to bathroom.

Slow improvement from then on. Able to walk 100m by week 4
Complete recovery after 10 weeks. Never had a runny nose or cold symptoms.

troppibambini6 · 10/11/2021 16:34

I'm on day 4. So far I've had
Temperature
Sneezing
Aches and pains
Pain in my back between my shoulder blades
Sore sinuses
Nausea
Exhausted
Cough
No taste

DrMadelineMaxwell · 10/11/2021 18:07

Bad Headache. Neg lateral flow.

Bad headache. Strong positive lft. Pcr taken and came back positive.

Also had muscle aches in back and legs. Weak legs. Developed a temp in the night and couldnt get warm. Then was too warm.

I've only coughed a handful of times. Sneezed a handful of times and had a runny nose for 2 minutes

The headache remains along with it being made worse with bright lights.

I'm my own worst enemy in terms of being worn out in the day and napping then being unable to sleep last night for most of the night.
My sense of smell hasnt 100% gone but it's greatly diminished. And I can taste still but have a weird perfume taste constantly and I cant drink coffee as it tastes awful.

I'm on day 4 now and the headache is no longer constant but comes and goes. Keeping an eye on my respiratory symptoms as I'm asthmatic but at the moment they are minimal.

SortCode · 10/11/2021 20:21

I felt well throughout and was completely asymptomatic when I tested positive. I had a mild sinusy headache on days 2/3 and a bit of snot. I sneezed a lot. On day 5ish my smell and taste went.

IamEarthymama · 10/11/2021 20:30

I went back to work today, day 14.

I felt dreadful and very faint so had to come home early.

It's horrid.

Waxonwaxoff0 · 10/11/2021 21:52

No symptoms until 3 days after positive PCR. Started off with sneezing, blocked runny nose and phlegm. Then lost my sense of smell and taste and developed a temperature. All symptoms gone by the end of isolation period apart from loss of smell and taste which took about a month to return. I felt fine in myself, wasn't tired or achy.
