Fit to fly cert

I have to get a fit to fly cert 5 days after my booster vaccine. Is there a chance my response to vaccine will register as positive?

No. It produces antibodies not virus.

Check the timing of the Fit to Fly certificate. Some countries want you to test x hours (generally 72) before you board the plane, others x hours before you land in the country, which can be problematic if you have to change planes and have a long layover.
