Covid isolation

Hi all so my DD (8) has had covid and her isolation ends midnight 11th November. I have caught covid from her and mines ends midnight 15th. It's just us 2 however my question is once her isolation is up is she alright to go out and do her usual thing with me still being infectious at home? We are being as careful as we can be but I can't refuse her a cuddle kiss or whatever and her school has said it's best to keep her at home until I'm finished isolating so she doesn't take it from me into the school. I've been told to contact track & trace or whatever it's called tomorrow and ask. I'm only asking as my family are having a gathering Friday and asked for her to be there but now I'm thinking it's maybe best to wait until we are both out of isolation on the Monday. Thanks

Your daughter is free to do whatever she wishes/you allow her to do as soon as her isolation ends. She will be no risk to anyone.
Presumably she has been isolating at home for 10 days, that's long enough for anyone, especially a child.

Once she’s done her 10 days isolation and is feeling well with no temperature then she can go out and about as normal and go back to school. If you have vulnerable family members, you might want to wait a couple more days until she meets up with them, just to be completely safe, although it’s only advise.
