Advice needed please

Hi, please could anyone give advice.

My ds10 came into my room yesterday morning tearful and not well. Did test, very strong positive.

Dd10 tested negative yesterday. Dp took both for pcr, ds positive, dd negative.

Today dd still fine but positive lft this morning. Tested her again this aft and negative.

I feel poorly, like I am in a dream and so so tired and headache but negative lft. Dp 4 positive lft’s this afternoon. Dd15 negative and feeling fine.

Do you think I have Covid? I can’t put my finger on how I feel other than extremely tired all day to the point I haven’t done any housework (not like me). Do you think dd10 has it if she had positive this morning but negative this afternoon?

I am worried as CEV and immunosuppressant so more than lightly my 3 jabs did nothing.

It's hard to tell. You could have it despite the negative lft - they aren't always overly accurate. You could have a low amount of virus that lft couldn't defect. There's a chance a pcr could be positive so you definitely need a pcr test. Or maybe you could just be extremely stressed and anxious about the whole thing which is making you feel poop.

Hope everyone feels better soon. Your Dd needs another pcr though, as above lft tests aren't overly accurate so a positive would mean she would need a pcr, even if the later lft is negative.
