Hi,
I have long Delta covid and am finding that my blood pressure drops really low at the start of my period for a few days, which makes me feel really lousy.
I had Alpha long covid last year and the same thing happened then too. It also happened after I had the AZ vaccine.
It hasn't been every month, but it is often enough and severe enough to be a real nuisance.
Usually my blood pressure just goes down to about 105/75 but sometimes as low as 82/52. My normal blood pressure is 120/80.
I wondered if anyone else was experiencing this?
