My son 17 months tested positive for covid today. Pcr test yet to confirm but multiple positive lateral flows. So me and his dad are separated and we split childcare he has him 3 days a week and i work those days. Im double vaccinated as is his dad. Would he be able to go to his on the set days as he is also vaccinated? Everyone in his house is also and i live alone with son. Its not a court order or anything just a mutual agreement of the set up. Anyone had a similar situation who may know? Also i have tested negative and have been informed by my workplace i can still go in and have negative pcrs (get tested regularly for job)

The government advice is not to move a child between households - this is not one of the permitted reasons for breaking isolation.

I'm divorced, DS did not go to his dad's when he had Covid.
