No test confirmation email

Ds & I both needed a pcr test yesterday following a positive lateral flow

I rang 119 and they booked us in but when we got to the test centre they had DS date of birth wrong on the text

The staff told me to delete that text and to do our tests as a walk in and register them online

I registered them as we took them at the test centre but haven't had any text or email confirmations

Should I be worried?

I'm expecting us both to test positive so will need the email confirmation for school etc

Yes, this can cause problems. The testing system is anything but 'world beating'.

If I were you I would ring 119 and discuss rather than waiting. Better to test again than have no email I would think.
