Had booster yesterday. Original vaccines wee Az.

Woke up with the usual headache, very sore arm but I also can't walk / use my right leg very well. It feels like I can't control the muscle in the leg.

Do you mean Moderna? I would call 111 rather than asking Mumsnet!

Brightmagic2021 · 26/10/2021 18:02

That sounds urgent to me.

girlmom21 · 26/10/2021 18:14

Yeah I'd phone 111 for that

NewLifePending · 26/10/2021 18:26

Why would you think to ask the internet before a doctor?

Tomnooktoldmeto · 26/10/2021 20:38

Please go to A&E and get checked urgently, no one can or should diagnose you on the internet and a symptom like this needs urgent in person assessment

SoOvethis · 27/10/2021 06:15

My friends mum had this happen to her but from vaccine number 1 or 2, can’t quite remember. She is better now but took weeks to resolve. I agree you should go and get seen.

You need the hospital. Don't worry about what anyone on here advises, just get yourself to a doctor asap

@TasteTheMeatNotTheHeat Every reply so far has been that OP needs to seek urgent medical advice, should they ignore that?
TasteTheMeatNotTheHeat · 27/10/2021 10:51

I'm telling her that she should seek medical advice. No need to take it so personally.

Pandaly · 27/10/2021 16:22

Hope you've spoken to a Dr OP

Alessandra87 · 27/10/2021 18:50

I had this a couple of weeks ago, the day after my 2nd dose of Moderna. Mine wasn't as bad as couldn't move it at all, but my right leg went really numb and like pins and needles and I could barely walk on it at all for a few hours.

YukoandHiro · 27/10/2021 18:51

OP are you ok?

Alessandra87 · 27/10/2021 18:51

It feels like I can't control the muscle in my leg

Yes! It felt exactly the same to me OP!

I hope you've seen a doctor by now, take care xx
