Isolation period wrong - app

Just got my positive PCR result back via text and got sent a code to input in to the app. I've just done this and it says I have to isolate until the end of Thursday 4th Nov.

When I booked my PCR test I input my symptoms starting on Saturday 23rd so my last isolation day should be Tuesday 2nd Nov.

I thought it went from your first day of symptoms plus 10 full days? Is there any way I can get it changed?

I have the same - symptoms - test - result and they took it from the result

I noticed in the app settings you can wipe the data and reset the app so ive done that and it's taken it off. Going to speak to test and trace when they contact me.
