I’ve not had to isolate but I get the anxious feeling. I’ve started back to the office and feel quite anxious on the mornings I go in but fine once I’m there. I’m sorry i’ve not got a lot of advice but wanted to say I think it’s probably normal to feel this way. I’m sorry you miss your son, hopefully your 10 days will be up soon and you can meet up with people again x

I just have thousands of thoughts in my head everyday. It's easier when I'm busier.

I understand. I’m on day 8 of covid and have spend several of those days feeling agitated and anxious. I’m no iller than I get with a heavy cold but I keep thinking is this the worst or is this more to come.
I’ve got 2 adult children and grandchildren overseas who I haven’t seen since before lockdown and I keep thinking that I might die of covid before I see them again.
The ridiculous thing is that by the end of day 10 I’ll probably stop feeling like this so I’m just hanging on in there.
I do have a tendency to think the worst case scenario though.
All I can suggest is just to take it day at a time and tick each one off.
Are you at home on your own?

I’m on day two of symptoms, also missing my children.

Should I have my PCR result tomorrow but after a positive LFT and the symptoms I’ve got I’m not hopeful that it will be negative.

Hope it passes quickly for you x

I'm with the dog. My son is with my parents where he's having a great time.

My husband finished his 10 days isolation last week and luckily it was mild, just like a heavy cold.
I hope it passes quickly and keep chatting to us in the meantime Thanks

Its loss of taste and smell mainly. Feel hot but no real temperature. My boyfriend has it but I'm trying not to be clingy as we don't live together so I don't want to phone him alot or anything lol

I felt like this when I had it. I tried to keep my DH and DC away as it was pre-vax times.
I think it was as a PP said in that I was worried about the unknown and whether it was going to get worse. Plus I missed my kids and DH and the lack of affection and touch etc.
How long have you got left isolating?
