Fatigue as first symptom?

Did anyone have bizarre fatigue and breathlessness as their first Covid symptoms? Negative LFT and oximeter is giving 99% oxygen saturation but I just feel exhausted and breathless. I do get anaemic at times so I may just need some iron tablets. Was just curious if this could be early covid symptoms. I'm slightly nauseous too.

Dd1 went from normal to exhausted and wobbly in a couple of hours. Positive pcr less than 12 hours later. Banging headache same day and slight temp day 2. Fatigue has been her main symptom

Thanks. I'm not as tired today but definitely still a little bit breathless. I'll keep an eye on it!
