Booster walk-in clinic: any ID needed?

Hi,
My mum should be able to attend a walk in clinic for a booster as she’s over 50 (and the information for our county says age 50+ can go to walk ins without waiting for an invitation).

Has anyone been to one like this who can tell me what, if any ID docs they had to take? She’s not very confident with tech so would struggle to get the Covid NHS app on her phone, so would her drivers license be ok?

Thanks.

She needs to be 6 months from her second dose

I had a third dose today. I didn't need any ID docs, just needed to give my name and NHS number.

Does she still have he little card that was given to her when she had the first two injections?
That should have the dates on it as well as details on which vaccine it was, and the batch numbers.

Yes, six months from the second dose. My DH -late 50s - is going to a walk-in clinic next week, as it’s six months since his second dose. No ID needed, I think. I’m over 50 and my second dose was in May, so a while to wait yet.

Yes it’s been over 6 months thanks.

I needed to show my vaccine card from my previous two vaccines. They checked me against the NHS database but I didn't need to show ID.

No.

My DH is going to a walk in this week, he is taking driving licence, vaccine card and covid pass letter.
