Multiple positive LFT negative PCR

I've been feeling rotten so took LFT, positive result. I ordered a PCR and it's negative.
I've had 2 positive LFT from one pack, ordered a new pack in case there was a problem with the batch.
New pack and I've have 3 more positive LFT over 3 days.

I've had both jabs and family members have tested negative with LFTs from the same packs as me.

Surely this must be a new varient that doesn't show up in PCR tests?
Has anyone else had this?

Are you reporting your positive Lat flows on the nhs covid app? Might be worth joining the Zoe study too. I’ve heard a few things recently about this happening with PCRs, it was put down to an individual lab but looks like it could be more than this

So I tested positive on LFTs for a whole week (about 10 different tests out of different boxes).. I did 3 PCRs over this time, one walk in centre and 2 home tests all negative! I've had non on the main symptoms but did feel a little off and rundown. My family have all tested negative too. Something very strange going in with the tests. Hope you are ok?

Here too- fever 38-40 for 4 days, cough, headache, joint pain, lethargy, cold symptoms, sore eyes, feel terrible. LFT negative. Pcr negative. Now LFT positive. Going for another pcr!

One child in house had positive LFT for 6 days and x2 negative pcr- they were v close contact as best friend tested positive and they sit / play together all day in school

Now everyone in house unwell

I have no idea what’s going on but I’m expected back in work ASAP based on pcr

My work is now counting positive LFT as a positive and isolate for 10 days.
