Severe anxiety over covid and vaccine

I had the Astrazeneca vaccine in April and a week later I found out I was pregnant. The vaccine game me bad stomach cramps and a pain in my left arm and calf. I spoke to the Dr after two months as the pain in my calf was still there and they just said it won't be a blood clot. I then got covid in July. I am now 28 weeks pregnant and sick with worry about having my second jab. I asked the Dr if I could have Pfizer and he said no but I asked my consultant who said although there is limited data on mixing vaccines I could have Pfizer if I chose to. So getting mixed messages us not helping me. Do I have enough antibodies to last till January when baby is due. I'm scared I will end up in hospital with covid and I'm scared of what mixing vaccines will do. It is making me so ill thinking about it.
