Can anyone link guidance about not doing LFTs within 90 days of +ve PCR?

My husband works as a service engineer in carehomes and almost every single one ask him to do a lateral flow upon entry.
Today is his 1st day back at work 14 days after testing positive. He's totally fine in himself and got away pretty lightly but LFTs are still showing a really faint positive.
I've found lots online from local government Council pages and schools to say LFTs aren't reliable until 90 days after positive but does anyone have this linked as official guidance? He is really worried that he will be refused entry from jobs.
Thanks

Hi op, it can be found on the gov website - this is a page specifically about cAre homes but I’m sure you could find it in general guidance: www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-testing-in-adult-care-homes/covid-19-testing-schedule-for-a-suspected-or-confirmed-outbreak-in-a-care-home#the-90-day-window-after-a-positive-test

If he had a +ve PCR it SHOULD appear on the NHS vaccine passport app.
