Help, Covid pass disappeared from my app!

I’m supposed to be flying to Bahamas on Saturday (providing dc and I all get negative LatFlo results). I tested positive with Covid about 3 weeks ago and from that point my Covid pass disappeared from the NHS app, it just said “no Covid records found”. I assumed it just stayed like this during my isolation period but stupidly didn’t go back and check it after my isolation period had finished. I phoned 119 and they just said it’s probably a glitch that should sort itself out and because it shows on my records on the NHS app that I’ve had both vaccinations it “should” be fine.

But I don’t want to drive half way across the country to get to the airport to discover that it’s not fine. Is there a way to get it back? Has anyone else had this? I did screenshot it before I got Covid but that has now expired so won’t be any use.

Mine disappeared just after I tested postive but came back just after my 10 days were up (with an extra barcode showing i had recovered!)

119 should be able to send you a hardcopy if the app still doesn't update.

That’s promising, thank you. I’ve received no emails, texts or anything since the original ones telling me I needed to isolate. I didn’t get an email saying my isolation period had finished which I was supposed to get. Does anyone know anywhere other than 119 that may be able to help?

Request a paper copy online, ours took about 4 days to arrive.

Ring 119 ASAP and ask them to post you a letter showing your NHS COVID pass.

I'd request a paper one online as a back up anyway.

I asked for a paper copy of proof of vaccination online, do it today and it will arrive within 5 working days. I think it was the UK.Gov website and you only need dob, name and postcode. It's worth having it in paper form for the future anyway.
