Feel totally deflated! Had my DD tested on Tuesday (she has tonsillitis atm) who had a raging temp and a new cough, Results came back negative (Phew!) but then in the news this morning there has been a massive f*ck up with a testing lab who have sent thousands out with incorrect results!

So what is the point in all the stats etc if we cant even get the testing right!

Sorry just having a rant after very little sleep with my DD coughing (who even knows if it is COVID now or not?!)

Postal PCR's seem to be returning correct results, it seemed to be PCR's from testing centres in SW which were incorrect.

It seems to be a specific testing centre. A private one that was set up by one of the government’s dodgy contacts.

But the data from those areas has looked dodgy for a few weeks when judged against the England average and what you’d expect covid data to look like. I don’t think there’s a widespread issue.

It was the stats that enabled people to spot it. Just perhaps not the right people.
