Unused PCR test - can someone else use it?

I had a letter from school yesterday saying DC1 had to take a PCR test due to being a close contact at school (primary). I ordered it online and it's just arrived, however having now read everything properly, because he had a positive test less than 90 days ago he doesn't have to take it - he has ASD and it is a real battle so this is good news.

I have now had a letter from school this morning saying DC2 in a different class needs a PCR due to someone in her class testing positive.

Does anyone know if I can use the one that arrived for DC1, for DC2? It's ordered in his name but not sure if that can be amended?
