COVID pass not working on app - anyone else?

Hi

I have had both vaccinations, the last one being in June. Both are showing in my NHS app under my vaccine record, yet when I try and access my covid pass to show at an event I am going to this weekend, it isn't on there and just says 'how to access your pass', with no actual useful way of doing so.

I have phoned 119 and they think maybe there is an issue with the app as my vaccine status is showing. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

Yep having exactly the same problem, trying to get the international one for a flight on Sunday! Planning to call 119 to find outs what's going on.

Can you access it still via the website? I'm guessing you're in England but I'm in Wales where we need the same passport but there isn't an app developed for us yet so we have to go on the NHS website but you can view your barcode from there and email it to yourself too.

Request the COVID pass letter even if 119 say the problem will be fixed. My letter came within two days even though they said it could be 5 working days to receive it.

I’ve been in touch with The NHS Help line regarding this and there’s been an issue since noon today. They are currently working with the service provider and hopefully it’s only a temporary issue. Try again later.

There is now a message on the NHS re the Covid Pass. There are having issues and are investigating. They will update.

In Germany we can download our vaccine passport to print wherever/whenever we like, so much less hassle than requesting a letter to be sent to your home address.

Wonder why this system couldn’t be put in place for the U.K.?

Ah, sorry, I had read that to get a paper copy you need to apply for it to be sent to you.
