COVID and diarrhoea

i've tested positive for covid today. I've felt unwell for a week but PCR test and daily LFT were all negative. last week i had an awful24 her stomach bug and it's returned tonight.

Has anyone else had flu like symptoms and diarrhoea with covid?

Yes, it is a feature. I have long Covid, and often suffer bouts of diarrhoea when having a relapse, along with the fatigue, breathlessness and persistent dry cough.
Just manage it as per any other diarrhoea, OP - fluid and potassium replacement.
