Just that really. Could do with a solid sleep to help me recover.

Think we have some piriton - does it ease the congestion or just help sleep?

Portion is an anti allergy . So if congestion is an allergy ( hayfever , pet hair , dust ) then yes it would .

My DS has had a positive test since yesterday and now has symptoms of a bad cold, sniffy nose, hot and cold and tired, I was thinking Night Nurse would give him some relief but he's 13, nearly 14 and it says not for under 16's on his he label, has anyone given a smaller dose to a teenager?

My teenage nephew is bigger than me so never had a problem when he's had nightnurse
