Tested positive. Anxious

Havebtested positive. Am doubled jabbed. Nervous as am in 40s and high bmi. Cough is awful

I'm on day 4 of a positive PCR. I'm double-jabbed (AZ) but am asthmatic and have an immuno deficiency so was a bit worried. It's fine so far. I have a cough, a very snotty nose, a headache all day and am very tired but no signs of breathing issues. I don't feel worse than if I had a cold.

I caught it from DD, who's absolutely fine. DH and DS have had two PCRs and various LTFs and they're consistently negative.

How are you both?

I'm 53 and fat as fuck. Triple vaxxed, but only v recently so wouldn't really have kicked in
Day 4. Coldy, bunged up. And knackered.
