Has anyone else had this?

I'm on day 6 and in agony with sharp shooting pains in my shoulder blades and down the back of my thighs.

Yes, me!
The shooting pains in my arms and legs were actually one of the first symptoms, along with headache and sneezing. I went on to develop other symptoms too, including mild fever, a cough and loss of smell and taste. My muscles were aching but the sharp, shooting pains were distinct from that.
The shooting pains started to improve after 10 days but haven't disappeared completely (currently day 19).

I had the pain in my thighs for weeks, starting at the point of Covid and then continuing for a long time afterwards. It was horrible and caused me to be up most of the night. Also had pain in shoulder blades but I’m not sure if that was caused by the double pneumonia I had or just because I felt so poorly.
