Hi , I’ve been in touch with 119 for a covid pass I’ve had all my jabs , the first couple of times I had a text saying that I couldn’t have one as I’d only had one jab
I phoned my Dr & they said that they couldn’t see a problem their end , so I phoned back 119 they informed me that a lot of surgeries haven’t updated their systems
I’m at at loss has anyone else had problems ?

I did mine online, I got a paper one and also one sent to my phone. You have to wait about 10 days after your second vaccine, but it will tell you when you go on website.

Have you downloaded the NHS app? You can get your pass this way. All you need to do is add your details, upload a photo/ID, and it’s done straight away.

Thankyou for your replies , I’ve just learnt that my GP needs to update my details to pinnacle
In ordered my dads and husbands at the same time as mine they’ve received theirs .
