How likely are me and the kids going to get it? OH is sleeping in another room and we are using different bathrooms but obviously can't completely avoid each other.

I people who didn't get it in similar arrangements to this if that helps. Quite early on too. Open the windows a lot.

Both teens had Covid months apart, but both started with symptoms in the week but had negative lfts for 4 days. After testing positive, they stayed in their rooms and used a separate bathroom. We delivered food to the bedroom door or encouraged them to come downstairs (in a mask) and eat in the garden with us.
No one else caught it each time 😅

My OH had it last week OP and I didn't catch it. We're both double jabbed (he was a lot earlier than me though with no booster yet) and I didn't catch it.

We weren't overly careful.
Slept in separate rooms for a few days and he used a different bathroom but we sat in the same room in the evening (distanced)

Thanks all. Fingers crossed 🤞

When my DP got it last October we didn't change anything. Slept in the same bed, no isolation from the rest of the household. Nobody else caught it.

Three out of five in our house caught it and two of us were sharing a bed. Windows all open and fans on in bedroom to keep fresh airflow but bathroom was shared.

DD caught covid first and I caught it from her. No sign of dh catching it yet and his pcr was negative. We are a week in.

Sleeping in separate rooms and trying to distance as well as we can, but shared bathrooms etc.

DS2 caught Covid last November and none of us got it.

DS1 caught it three weeks ago and passed it to me, but DH and DS2 did not catch it.
The adults are double vaccinated.

So DH has avoided it twice now. I isolated in my room, with my own bathroom, but DH brought me food. Teen DS isolated in his room, but ventured downstairs occasionally. He used family bathroom and DH and DS2 used spare bathroom.

I had covid in August and OH never got it. We shared the same bed and weren't careful (he tested positive on LFT so we assumed he had it too, but his PCR then came back negative). My sister also had covid and her OH and 2 children never got it. I know many households where this has happened!
