Is Diarrhoea a symptom of covid?

Awaiting PCR results and have an awful bout of. diarrhoea. Smells like sulphur and when I burb it's eggy .....Erhhh I feel awful....

Yes! I didn't know that either but after having a positive PCR the healthcare people that call said its a symptom.
Also if it carries on after your isolation period you are still not safe to go out

My toddler has temp, the runs and vomiting all day today but worried now and will try lft her tomorrow. Q
