Vaccine cert in married surname but passport and booking in maiden name?

Does anyone know if this will cause me a problem with travelling abroad please?
I’m assuming not as circumstances can change in between getting vaccinated and then using your pass presumably??

I’ve got the same issue. I suppose in this case marriage certificate should prove your married name.

Take your marriage certificate with you to show the link? I travel with my kids on a passport in my maiden name so I carry my marriage cert as well to show the connection to them

Or, message the GP, and get your medical records switched back to your median name.
It can create issues with online checks, but that is dependant on the airline.

Median name??? Maidan name, obviously

So on honeymoon we took marriage certificate as there clearly wasn't enough time to get passport changed to travel.
