Confused please help

So a friend of mine tested positive and has till tomorrow to self isolate due to when she had her symptoms. I have heard some people say a negative test is required before she returns to work. She has sent me her lateral flow test and there is an extremely faint line on the lateral test. She has no temperature or diarrhoea and is allowed out tomorrow. She works with me. Should she be allowed back to work tomorrow.

She doesn't need to take a test to return to work.
In fact she shouldn't test for 90 days after a positive test unless she gets symptoms again
If she has completed her 10 days and no longer has a temperature she can go back to normal

So the people you are listening to are wrong as there is no need for a negative test to return to work or school or anywhere else
