Did anyone get a sore throat with covid?

Son has sore throat, achy legs, sore eyes and avery slight cough. Off for pcr this eve. Just wondering if anyone else has had a sore throat with it?

Yes me , it was a really sore throat . One of my tonsils was agony

Yes, everyone I know who has covid recently has had a sore throat.

Yes my son’s current worst complaint is sore throat.

Yes my daughter had a sore throat. A headache was her first symptom though.

DD had razor blades in her throat. She could barely talk.

Son won't get pcr because the website says not to

Dd has a sore throat but only when she coughs which isn't often.

That was my son’s only symptom at first! Then developed cough and headache. No other symptoms so far and he’s on day 9

Yes it was my first symptom. Last year before the Delta variant, not sure if they have slightly different symptoms.

Yes, first symptom and had red, sore, itchy eyes.

Yes, sore eyes off and on in the first few days, sore throat too. I also lost my voice for 3 months. Covid attacks where you’re weakest so if you’re prone to sore throats it’ll appear as a symptom.

I have it currently and your son’s symptoms sound exactly like mine.

I had a bit of a sore throat, achey muscles and sore eyes too, just got it a week ago
