Gum boils

Not sure I am posting in the right area but has anyone experienced gum boils or hard fluid filled lumps on their gums after testing positive? I dont remember them being there before but in the last 24 hours my mouth has been particularly sore along the upper gums. When I look inside my mouth I have a few hard white patches but a couple of these fluid filled hard bubbles too. They are definitely not ulcers.

Thanks

I had a really weird sore patch inside my mouth (inside lips rather than gums) last year in April, with some mild breathing problems and palpitations. No testing back then but I’ve wondered ever since if it was (very mild) Covid. The soreness went after several days but came back a couple more times over the next few weeks, more mildly. I used bongela, which helped. It was very strange, and definitely not a mouth ulcer.

My doctor told me to call the dentist for a telephone appointment. They said they needed to see my mouth which is understandable so have booked in for 18th.
I've never seen anything like it though. Honestly the one looks like a popcorn kernel on my gum. I hope it is covid related as it has worried me.
I cant really feel it until its touched and luckily the area never really gets exposed to anything.
But its really odd. The white patches feel boney
