DDs due to return to school this week following Positive tests. One had very mild symptoms, other had no discernable symptoms.

Due Nasal flu vaccine Wednesday.

Is it advisable to have it so soon after having Covid? Or would you let your children have it so soon after?
Its a completely different virus obviously, and I don't really want them to have flu...

In the US it's been approved to have the flu and covid jabs at the same time, so I'd go ahead and let them have the flu vaccine.

Just spoke to someone on the phone about this today. She said totally fine to go ahead as long as child is well.

Brilliant thank you.

I'll send the permission forms into school, not sure if they can be added to the list at this point (as they haven't been in school for over a week, hence why the forms haven't been returned)
