Please can someone advise..

Had all four of us tested yesterday. (PCR)

Have had a text message for two of us that said the results were negative about an hour ago. The other two results I am still waiting for ... all are registered on my phone.

Does this mean the other two are positive? Or is this usual practice from test and trace?

Anyone have any answers? Any similar experience? Thank you !

I think that when they tests get put into the box its often likely they get pulled out of box for testing in a different order to how they went in so it is quite possible for some results to be a lot later than others. Doesnt mean they are more or less likely to be positive or negative

Still nothing. Am getting a bit worried now. Is it possible they could have missed two of us?

My test results were 27 hours apart, just depends when they pull the tests out .. I had my partner's positive test before ours so it doesn't make a difference

I would give it a bit longer - if nothing by this evening you could try phoning to chase up. The do say can be 48 - 72 hrs from test through

They still aren't back. I think there's been a cock up somewhere. 🙄

I had this then got a void result through. I think the void one must have been misplaced and tested too late or something.

Or it might come through a bit later and it's just been processed in a different batch.

I think I will call them later .

It's only been 24 hours after the first results.. give them chance could be in a different batch 🤨

I think it has to be 72 hours before they'll look into it

They'll say they are lost I reckon.

My husband and son (3) both tested Saturday afternoon . Ds results were back by yesterday lunch time and Husbands just came back this morning. Both negative I assume for whatever reasons he was just in a different test / processing / results informing “group”

They say it can be Up to 72 hours so I wouldn’t call yet … unless there is some time critical reason

Two of us tested Friday morning. Got one negative result back Saturday morning. Didn’t get the other back at all but got a call from test and trace Sunday afternoon to contact trace as they told me it was positive.

So here we are .. and still nothing!

I was still waiting for a test for DD since Thursday, no results still. I've had to take her today for another and they said 24 to 48 hours for results.
