Is it likely to get worse?

I’m on day three.
Well - Tuesday I thought things didn’t smell as strongly as usual but it was mild I wasn’t sure if I was imagining it and I had a very slight sore throat. LFT negative.
Felt fine yesterday, shattered, but I have a chronic illness so that can be the norm. LFT negative.
This morning couldn’t smell the toothpaste properly, LFT positive.
Have now been for a PCR.
Apart from feeling absolutely whacked and the very mild sore throat and random inability to smell toothpaste, I’m fine.
Is it likely to get worse or is this it?

No one can tell you that, how could we know? But here's hoping it doesn't get any worse, no one wants that for anyone.

Are you vaccinated? If so, probably not. You might feel worse for a few days but you’ll unlikely be seriously unwell. Just a max of feeling pretty grim for a bit.

I’m vaccinated, thankfully.
I just wondered at what point it gets worse or if this is it.

I felt relatively OK for first five days. Symptoms were sneezing, blocked and also runny nose. Lft postive on day 4 (first three days they kept being negative!) so got pcr and that was positive.
Following five days were much worse, cough, tight chest, fever. Day 11 now and I still feel quite grim but the fever has gone which is something at least. I'm double vaxxed. I would not like to have had this without being so.
