PCR results emails - have they changed?

Had to get the baby yet another PCR yesterday as he had a fever at nursery.

Every time he's had one previously, I've had two messages back with different wording - I remember this because the nursery expected them not to come in for 48 hours after the fever had gone, due to the wording of one of the messages.

This time, I've had the result back really fast but so far just one email that's different to either of the two he used to get. Not sure whether I should be waiting for another one or whether I could think about taking him in later (he's a bit snotty but basically fine). Anyone know if there's just one message now?

For all the ones I have emails for this week I've received two emails, one with the result, and one with the code to enter in to the app. Not sure if there is wording about 48hrs after a fever though, I don't read them that closely.
