Covid - CEV - Shielding programme has ended

So everyone shielding / previous shielder / CEV , shielding wont be introduced again

I know they ended 'CEV' status for children a few weeks ago, but it does seems a bit premature to basically say 'never' again.
Never say never etc.

Especially while the government is still paying 1 million people with unfeasible jobs to sit at home on furlough, seems a bit mean to cut off the protection of a relatively small amount of people who might need this CEV status to protect them at work etc.

Agree, I think it is premature to say ‘Never’

Who knows whats going to happen

The programme was ended a few weeks ago. The email has only gone out today.

Furlough ends this week I think, on the 30th.

Letter for CEV person hasn't arrived at this household yet.

Others have been prompt, so not sure what's up.

And the third primary jab (not regular booster) notification has still has not arrived either.
