My DD1 confirmed positive by pcr test Monday but DD2 was negative on pcr but positive on the lateral flow before hand. Headteacher asked us to keep DD2 off primary school until tomorrow (7 days) to be on the safe side which we have done. DH and myself tested positive lateral flows yesterday and currently awaiting pcr test results. DD2 has had no further positive lateral tests. Do you think she should go back tom school tomorrow as planned? We can drop her and pick up without getting out of the car as she is in year 6 or keep her longer?

Email the school and ask them
I’m sure someone will be getting emails out of hours

I would personally ask the school what they would like you to do.

Some schools are being more cautious than others, and it sounds like they have been pretty cautious so far.

How old is she?
