Both look suitable for PCR testing in my view.

academicallyblonde · 25/09/2021 17:34

Left hand one is definitely positive and pretty sure I can see a line on the right hand one too. Sorry.

NigelSlatersXmasTaters · 25/09/2021 17:36

Left definitely positive

AgnesNaismith · 25/09/2021 17:38

Both positive, hope you’re ok

RockPaperScissorLizardSpock · 25/09/2021 17:38

Both look positive Sad. I hope you feel better soon.

PeonyTime · 25/09/2021 17:39

Left is a positive. Not sure on the right.

bigbaggyeyes · 25/09/2021 17:40

Left one is the same as mine, I tested positive on a PCR later that day

Waxonwaxoff0 · 25/09/2021 17:42

Both look positive to me, right one is fainter but I can still see a line. Definitely get PCRs.

MegaGengar · 25/09/2021 18:14

I can see lines on both too although the left one is more obvious. PCR tests for both I'd suggest.

Gettingonabitnow · 25/09/2021 20:16

Thanks, I’ve since done another (DH hasn’t) and it’s completely negative.

You should still do a PCR.
AbstractEim · 25/09/2021 20:34

Both positive in that photo, best to both get pcr

MegaGengar · 25/09/2021 20:55

Yes both do PCR tests. And not sure if your lateral flows were throat and nose or just nose. If the latter, try doing the former.

ArianaG · 25/09/2021 23:46

both positive

MilkCereal · 25/09/2021 23:48

Yes both positive, but dont rely on lft, get pcr

Gettingonabitnow · 26/09/2021 07:16

Thanks, will do. I’ve woken up with a cold 🤦‍♀️. DH had cold like symptoms in the night but like a typical man did not acknowledge them!

My eldest had cold symptoms nothing else other than feeling tired. He tested negative twice spoke to GP as wheezy( asthmatic) and advised to do PCR. Came back positive. We are now isolating as DH had seen him. DS is feeling unwell and sleepy but just like a bad cold / infection. We hope he is over the worst.
I hope you are ok.

bigbaggyeyes · 26/09/2021 09:56

I also had a negative after a faint positive line the previous day. I went and had a PCR test anyway and that came back positive.

Yep that's exactly like me... Covid for me has been a bad cold, snot, sore throat, aches, which has now turned into a cough and I've lost my sense of smell and taste.

I'm hoping salad and chocolate will taste the same so I can lose some weight in the process Grin

Gettingonabitnow · 26/09/2021 10:12

Thanks ladies. It’s complete headfuck isn’t it. Mine lft is negative this morning, children who are positive probably on their worst day. I did a pcr on Friday which was negative. I’ll do another lft later and tomorrow and then consider another pcr I think.

Update - DH now confirmed positive, I’m negative still.
