My brother got Covid last September and is still off work with long Covid. :( he did try and go back a few months ago but couldn’t manage and had to go home after half a day. He is a postman and so it is a very physical job, walking long distances and carrying heavy loads around and now he just can’t manage it. He’s so fed up now, and is down to half pay and worried about his finances. Is anyone in similar situation? I thought the Royal Mail could have redeployed him somewhere else, maybe a sit down job so it’s not as physically demanding but seems like nothing like that has been offered. I’m quite worried about him.
