Anyone else having issues with this sodding form? Our school says it's the only way to accept/decline the vaccine and you MUST complete it before 30th Sept.
I spent all yesterday trying to get into it at all - no joy. This morning I got in - hoorah! - but now I can't get past the name of the school. You have to put in a code (provided by the NHS) and then you get the dreaded spinning wheel, which eventually times out and leaves you exactly where you were before. I've wasted an hour already this morning.
My friend, who got a bit further down the form yesterday, says the same happens when you get to ethnicity and gender (why the f* we have to give this info I don't know - it certainly shouldn't stop you completing a form that has no bearing on either). Argh!!!!!!
