Recovery certificate for children.

Has anyone been able to get a Covid recovery certificate that they were able to use for travel or domestic pass for their child?
I see the Covid nhs pass for travel is only available to those 16 and over.
I want to take one of my children to see family in a country where if they can prove they have had covid in past 6 months (currently has Covid) then they don’t need to quarantine.

@SoOvethis I am in the same situation. My dd goes back to school after her 10 days of isolation following a positive PCR. She caught it in school. Now we face the prospect of losing our October holiday as we can't seem to get a covid recovery certificate anywhere to prove her status. I have spoken to 116 numerous times they see my situation but no solution. I have emailed my MP and my GP doesn't get involved. I am prepared to pay but can't find anywhere that does them in this country. It seems so unfair as we just cannot do the PCR as it will return positive as it's not being 90 days since she had it when we travel. Hope some lovely mums have advice.....xx
