Anyone had issues with lots of mucus and found a solution?

This aspect is the worst part for me. I'm just producing crazy amounts of mucus no matter what I do and it's making me gag and vomit and feel panicky

Have you spoken to your doctor? You may need a steroid spray for your nose & an inhaler for your chest.

I get a lot of mucus in general, always had issues with nose and throat. I bought a salt spray a couple of years ago and it really helped clear my nose which in turn helps reduce the amount of mucus in my throat (post nasal drip 🤢) so might help a little.
