I use Natural Cycles to track my periods/ovulation, etc. It has been spot on every month so I’m wondering if anyone else has had similar?
I had Covid in July, (+ve on 13th, out of isolation on 23rd, period started on the 25th) this period was normal flow although I was more grumpy than usual- could be due to fatigue and aftermath of covid so took it as a ‘normal period’. NC was correct on ovulation and when my period was due, it came like clockwork.
August came & we decided to TTC, NC app told me when to predict ovulation. So we were having unprotected sex regularly. Ovulation was 5 days off my ‘predicted’. My period came but 3 days late.
I then had my first Pfizer vaccine, and the same has happened this month. My ovulation off and my period late.
I have been using NC exactly the same as before so don’t think it’s the app, I know there are reports that the vaccine has changed menstrual cycles but has anyone experience of covid changing cycle as well?
If yes, can anyone shed light on how long it took for your cycle to get back to ‘normal’, if it ever did?
