Travel Help - new rules

Can anyone help me make sense of the new rules.
I’m travelling to Spain in 19 days. My DS tested positive yesterday so it’s inevitable I will soon too ( no symptoms at present but PCR also fine today)
I have heard you can test positive on PCR up to three weeks after catching Covid so my day 2 PCR test is likely to be positive even if I have passed the 10 date quarantine .
What on earth do I do? Is there a rule I’m
Not seeing about people bring positive more than 10 days before ?
Many thanks in advance for all your wise knowledge .

Just to clarify I obviously will not travel if I have active Covid and am within the 10 day isolation period.
