Looking for advice please 😬my 8 year old had symptoms on 11.09, positive LF 12.09, positive PCR test on 13.09, result arrived 14.09 followed shortly by the call from test and trace.
Went through all this with them when they rang and was told to isolate until 24.09 - only when I added the test code into the nhs covid app it said isolate until 22.09 😳 when I logged into his t&t online account to double check, the t&t operator got almost all of the details I gave him wrong- names, dates of birth- he even put my sons school down as a school almost 500 miles from where we live….
So my question is do we follow the app date or the (IMO) wrong info given by the t&t operator?? He’s completely fine now and has tested negative. He’s desperate to go back to school.
Thanks for any thoughts on this - I should add that I followed up with a call to T&t and they told me to email, which I did - their reply was once it was in the system information can’t be changed 🤨 they didn’t comment on which date we should go by - only some mention of it all being legally binding!
