I would presume by this it means the new system? Ie new testing rules, that the amber list abolished etc. Not the list of countries? I would think they’d continue to be reviewed every 3 weeks or as needed

Mexico…. the graphs are all looking good, I can’t believe they’ve just been abandoned until the new year because they offer nothing politically.
