Hi
So i tested positive for Covid on Monday
Having had both vaccines think I expected to be fine but I've very quickly became very ill and don't seem to be improving much and we are now on Friday..
can anyone share with me their day to day symptoms while having Covid. I know everyone gets it differently but just interested how quickly others recovered.. I'll share mine below..

Monday- woke up with a sore head, sore throat (which I thought was tonsillitis) took a test was positive. Within a few hours my head was pounding, felt terrible- achy, shivery, tired and just generally unwell.
Tuesday- could barely lift my head from the pillow, headache was on another scale, face pain, earache, whole body aches, literally from head to toe, exhausted and a strange kind of fuzzy head feeling
Wednesday- headache eased a little, but still extremely unwell, weak, shaky, dizzy, no energy. Lost sense of smell and taste.
Thursday- no improvement at all, feel more tired and weak today, can't stand upright for longer than a few minutes without feeling faint. Sneezing a lot, blocked nose and slight cough started. Pounding in ears.

Hoping the end is in sight sometime soon. Hate feeling so helpless, my body literally won't let me just battle on like I would usually do when I'm not well.

I tested positive on Saturday, was feeling rough from Thursday. Symptoms sound very similar to yours. I’m scared of speaking too soon, but today, a week after becoming ill, I suddenly turned a corner, felt almost back to normal and managed to get up and cook a roast dinner! After a week of lying in bed literally unable to move. It really felt like it would last forever, every day was the same. I’m hoping the improvement continues tomorrow. I’ve gone from worrying about how on earth I’m going to go and do what I need to do when isolation ends to being impatient because I want to go and do things.

Hang on in there, you’ll probably start to pick up in the next couple of days.

Ah thank you that's instantly made me feel slightly better.. just couldn't seem to see an end as there was zero improvement day to day. Still feel the same today but I'm hoping that over the next day or two I feel better
