Am I being paranoid?

I was in contact with someone who tested positive 2 days after I saw them last week, haven't needed to isolate as I'm double vaccinated but today would be the last day of isolation if needed to so I'm on day 9.

I've been taking lateral flow tests almost daily which have all been negative, and did a pcr test yesterday which has also come back negative.

I'm having a hard time catching my breath, and I've had on off headaches the last couple of days which I know aren't the advertised symptoms of covid but definitely show in the Zoe app.

Im also 9 months pregnant so wondering if pregnancy is just taking its toll on me!!

Partner also tested negative on his pcr so am I just losing my mind and probably just pregnant?

Yes, you are being paranoid. You’ve done about a million tests, stop worrying! What difference would it make if you were? You don’t have any concerning symptoms 🤷🏼‍♀️ Covid is just a virus like any other. The only concern is if it makes you poorly enough to need hospital. & you are 9 days in with a headache & out of breath. You are fine.

I couldn’t breathe properly at 9 months pregnant. Baby is seriously squashing your lungs. One flight of stairs had me breathing like I ran 5k! And headaches are also extremely common in pregnancy. If they are severe, I’d be more concerned about pre-eclampsia than covid!

It’s fine OP. Relax & enjoy the peace before baby arrives 😊

Thanks so much, I feel like I really just needed to see someone tell me I'm being a bit stupid really 😂
